Standing up for the gospel is who we are Christians. It is the Truth – not our Truth – The Truth. Jesus said He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. That does not translate to your truth or my truth.

Dr. Jerome LeJeune stood up for life, particularly for those born with Down Syndrome. When he discovered what caused Down Syndrome he was heralded as a hero. But when he stood up for their right to Live, he soon was rejected in the medical community. This article reminds us of his witness and the importance of Jesus Christ in his life.

We must start by knowing that all life has dignity…the young, the old, the sick, the deformed. That helps us see the dignity in strangers, neighbors, spouses, and children.
